Instructions
Peel the carrots and season them with salt and pepper.
Put the carrots in a vacuum bag and add a dollop of butter. Make sure the carrots are laid side by side with a slight gap between them.
Now vacuum seal the contents of the bag.
Cook the carrots in your sous vide at 85 degrees Celsius (185 degrees Fahrenheit) for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Take the finished carrots out of the water bath and open the bag.
Pour the carrots and the melted butter into a serving bowl and serve.
