Colored carrots sous vide

Ingredients

  • 6 Carrots
  • Salt and Pepper from the grinder
  • Butter a good dollop

Instructions

    1. Peel the carrots and season them with salt and pepper.
    2. Put the carrots in a vacuum bag and add a dollop of butter. Make sure the carrots are laid side by side with a slight gap between them.
    3. Now vacuum seal the contents of the bag.Colored carrots sous vide
    4. Cook the carrots in your sous vide at 85 degrees Celsius (185 degrees Fahrenheit) for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    5. Take the finished carrots out of the water bath and open the bag.
    6. Pour the carrots and the melted butter into a serving bowl and serve.
