Water and yeast are put in a mixing bowl and stirred together
Add all the other ingredients except the salt
Mix it together on low speed for 2 minutes. Then add the salt and now stir the dough on full power for 8-10 minutes
Put the dough in a container and let it rise for 1 hour before putting it in the fridge until the next day
Sprinkle the table with oatmeal and gently turn the dough out onto it. Then sprinkle with oatmeal on top
Cut the dough into 12 rolls and place them on a baking sheet with baking paper
Heat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius (482 degrees Fahrenheit) fan setting, and place the rolls in the oven with about 1 dl of boiling water in an ovenproof dish at the bottom (to create steam in the oven)
The rolls need to bake for about 15 minutes until they are nicely browned, then cool the rolls a bit on a rack so they don't become soft
