Keep the display on
- 2 pcs. Cod cod portions
- 3 pcs. Carrots
- 1 pcs. fennel
- 98 gram Noilly Prat or dry white wine
- Spices salt and pepper
- Potato cold, preferably from the day before
- Olive Oil
Lay the cod in a small ovenproof dish. Brush the fish with a little olive oil and season it with salt and pepper.
Peel the carrots and cut off the top of the fennel - save it. Cut carrots and fennel into small cubes.
Season with salt and pepper, and pour Noilly Prat over the ingredients in the dish.
Bake the entire dish in the oven for about 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit).
Cut the cold potatoes into slices and season them with salt and pepper. Drizzle with a splash of olive oil and garnish with the fennel top.
Serve the oven-baked cod with the potato side dish.
