Soak the beans in cold water overnight.
Drain the water from the beans and boil in new salted water for about 1 hour until tender.
Drain the water.
Peel onions and garlic, chop them finely, and sauté in some oil for a couple of minutes.
Add the meat and stir well.
Add tomato paste, cumin, cinnamon, paprika, crushed chili, and chopped chipotle chili.
Cook for a couple of minutes, then add peeled tomatoes.
Let it simmer for at least ½ hour, preferably longer.
Season with salt, pepper, and tamari, and add the cooked beans.
Stir finely chopped chocolate into the sauce and season with salt, pepper, and possibly more chili.
