Start by placing chicken fillets on a lined baking sheet.
Then cut about 3 slits in each fillet.
Next, cut small pieces of butter and place them in the slits. Then add parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme.
Place the chicken in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit) (fan) for about 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, chop the jalapenos and spring onions, and prepare the pesto dressing.
Pesto dressing consists of mixing crème fraîche and pesto.
When the chicken is done, take it out onto a cutting board and shred it with two forks to make "pulled chicken".
Then take the bread and cut them in half.
First, spread one side with pesto dressing.
Then sprinkle with chopped spring onions, jalapenos, and cheddar - and finally the chicken.
Spread the other side with pesto dressing and assemble the sliders.
Then brush the bread with melted butter and chopped parsley, and place them in the oven at 200 degrees for about 5-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
Enjoy!?
