Chicken Noodle Salad with Spicy Dressing

A fresh and crisp noodle salad with spicy fried chicken and a spicy Tabasco/tahini dressing – and it tasted fantastic! The spicy dressing gives an edge to the mild salad and complements the fried chicken very well.

Ingredients

Salad

  • 200 gram Chicken Breast
  • Butter for frying
  • Salt and Pepper a little
  • 15 gram Sweet chili sauce
  • 125 gram noodles
  • 100 gram Pointed Cabbage
  • 1/2 pcs. Squash
  • 2 pcs. Carrots
  • 2 pcs. Avocado

Dressing

  • 30 gram Tahini
  • 22.5 gram Tabasco Sauce season to taste
  • 15 gram Lemon Juice
  • Salt and Pepper a little
  • 150 gram Water

Topping

  • 18 gram Sesame Seeds can be omitted

Instructions

Salad

  • Cut the chicken into smaller pieces and fry it in a pan with a little butter. Season with salt, pepper, and sweet chili sauce.
  • Set the noodles to cook.
  • Finely chop the pointed cabbage and cut the zucchini into thin strips. Peel the carrots and then make fine thin strips of them with a potato peeler.
  • Cut the avocados into cubes and drizzle with a little lemon juice to prevent them from turning brown.
  • Drain the noodles and mix them with cabbage, zucchini, carrots, avocado, and chicken. Season with a little salt and pepper.

Dressing

  • Mix tahini, Tabasco, lemon juice, and salt/pepper well. Add water until you achieve the desired consistency.
  • Serve the salad in a bowl, top with sesame seeds and serve with the dressing on the side
