Recipe for chicken noodle salad with spicy dressing
I love noodle salads! The noodles add the most wonderful fullness and texture to various salads and ensure plenty of satisfaction. A fresh and crunchy noodle salad was exactly what was on today’s lunch menu—this one with spicy fried chicken and a spicy Tabasco/tahini dressing—and it tasted fantastic! The spicy dressing gives edge to the mild salad and suits the fried chicken perfectly.
The salad is simple and consists of just cabbage, carrots, zucchini, avocado, and noodles.
The dressing is a classic tahini dressing spiced up with a bit of Tabasco sauce, which is a strong chili sauce— a dressing that adds the finishing touch to this healthy, satisfying, and colorful salad.
This salad was enjoyed for lunch, but I wouldn’t hesitate to use it as a light and delicious dinner dish or maybe take it in my lunchbox.
No matter what, it tastes deliiiicious! And is ready in no time.
