Ingredients

  • 6 slices ciabatta bread
  • 54 gram Olive Oil
  • 2 pcs. Tomato large
  • 1 handful Basil fresh and finely chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic crushed
  • 10 gram Parmesan grated
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  • Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and mix them in a bowl with basil, garlic, Parmesan, and a little salt and pepper. Let it stand and marinate while the bread is prepared.
  • Brush the bread slices with olive oil and bake them in the oven for 5 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit).
  • Take the bread out and distribute the tomato mixture on top. Bake again for 5 minutes at the same temperature.
