They are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and packed with delightful filling. Butter, garlic, and parsley are mixed together, spread on a ready-made pizza dough, sprinkled with cheese, then shaped and baked – they are super easy and really good.

Ingredients

  • 125 gram Butter room temperature
  • 2 cloves Garlic pressed
  • 1 handful Parsley fresh, chopped
  • 75 gram Grated cheese
  • Salt and Pepper a bit
  • 1 package Dough roll of ready-made pizza dough
  • Milk for brushing

Instructions

  • Mix butter, garlic, and parsley together.
  • Roll out the pizza dough and spread the mixture – make sure to cover all edges well.
  • Distribute the grated cheese on the base.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • First, fold one side of the dough over the middle and then the other side. You now have a long “stick” in 3 layers.
  • Roll over the dough a few times with a rolling pin, so the layers combine.
  • Cut the dough into 10 equal pieces.
  • Divide each piece into 3 strips, which are braided together.
  • Place the 10 pieces of bread on a baking tray, brush with milk, and bake at 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit) (conventional oven) for 12-15 minutes until they are golden. Serve.
