Ingredients

  • 5 cl Vodka LOCAL SPIRITS DISTILLED
  • 2 cl Liquor Creme de Mûre
  • 3 cl Blackberry Puree
  • 2 cl Lemon Juice
  • 1.5 cl Sugar Syrup

Mascarpone cream

  • Mascarpone
  • Vanilla Sugar
  • Lemon Juice
  • Lemon Zest

Topping

  • Lemon Balm
  • Blackberry

Instructions

  • Stir mascarpone with a bit of vanilla sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
  • Add vodka, liqueur, puree, lemon juice, and sugar syrup to a shaker and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds with ice cubes.
  • Strain it into a lowball glass with new ice cubes.
  • Add a spoonful of mascarpone on top and garnish with blackberries and lemon balm.
