- 300 gram Dark chocolate
- 1 can Condensed milk
- 35 gram Butter
- Biscuits Square biscuits (I used salty Tuc biscuits, but it could also be vanilla biscuits)
- nuts Or almonds, pistachios, or others for decoration
Line a rectangular loaf pan with cling film or baking paper.
Coarsely chop the chocolate and place it in a small pot with condensed milk and butter.
Allow the mixture to melt over low heat.
Stir until the chocolate mixture is smooth and remove the pot from the heat.
Spread a thin layer at the bottom of the pan, then add a layer of biscuits, and continue until you have a total of 4 layers.
Finish with a layer of chocolate.
Cover the biscuit cake and place it in the fridge until the next day.
Take the biscuit cake out of the fridge 30 minutes before serving (this makes it easier to cut) and decorate with chopped hazelnuts or other nuts.
Enjoy! ?
