I have been wanting to try making one of these for a while ???
And today, my colleagues are the ones who got to taste it ?
The classic biscuit cake without coconut fat remains a hit; soft, crunchy, and sweet at the same time.. and it’s easy and quick to make!
I’m sharing below the recipe for a super easy and quick version with just a few ingredients.
So, there’s a delicious cake without much preparation, and you can decorate it however you like if you want something extra… ?

Ingredients
- 300 gram Dark chocolate
- 1 can Condensed milk
- 35 gram Butter
- Biscuits Square biscuits (I used salty Tuc biscuits, but it could also be vanilla biscuits)
- nuts Or almonds, pistachios, or others for decoration
Instructions
- Line a rectangular loaf pan with cling film or baking paper.
- Coarsely chop the chocolate and place it in a small pot with condensed milk and butter.
- Allow the mixture to melt over low heat.
- Stir until the chocolate mixture is smooth and remove the pot from the heat.
- Spread a thin layer at the bottom of the pan, then add a layer of biscuits, and continue until you have a total of 4 layers.
- Finish with a layer of chocolate.
- Cover the biscuit cake and place it in the fridge until the next day.
- Take the biscuit cake out of the fridge 30 minutes before serving (this makes it easier to cut) and decorate with chopped hazelnuts or other nuts.
- Enjoy! ?
