Banana Buttermilk with Roasted Oats and Almonds

The sweet, crispy oats complement the fresh buttermilk, which has a hint of banana in the taste, and on top, there's also a bit of fresh banana to complete the small dish.

Ingredients

Toasted oatmeal and almonds

  • 100 gram Oatmeal rolled
  • 50 gram Almonds finely chopped
  • 50 gram Sugar
  • 50 gram Butter

Banakold Bowl

  • 500 gram Buttermilk
  • 200 gram Greek yoghurt or similar
  • 2 gram Vanilla Sugar
  • 5 gram Lemon Juice
  • 1-2 pcs. Ripe Banana taste to adjust how strong banana flavor you want

Instructions

Roasted Oats and Almonds

  • Put everything in a pan and roast over medium heat until the butter and sugar are melted and the oats are lightly golden (approx. 5 min).
  • Let cool.

Banana Buttermilk

  • Put everything in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Divide the buttermilk into a few bowls and top with roasted oats and almonds and some fresh banana – serve
