Ingredients

Bolognese

  • 300 gram Beef
  • 1 pcs. Onion
  • 75 gram Mushroom
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 can Chopped Tomatoes
  • 100 gram Water
  • 1 pcs. Stock Cube
  • 9 gram Salt
  • 1.5 gram Pepper
  • 1 gram Basil dried

Other ingredients

  • 1 pcs. Leek
  • 100 gram Pointed Cabbage
  • 200 gram Potato
  • 100 gram Milk
  • 200 gram Cream
  • 1 pcs. Tomato
  • 2 handfuls Grated cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit).
  • If you don't have a ready-made meat sauce, start by making it: finely chop the onion, slice the mushrooms, and sauté them in a pot with a bit of butter along with the beef.
  • Crush the garlic and add it to the pot along with the chopped tomatoes, water, bouillon cube, salt, pepper, and basil. Let it simmer while you prepare the vegetables for the dish.
  • Slice the leek and finely chop the pointed cabbage. Spread both in the bottom of an ovenproof dish.
  • Pour a layer of meat sauce over the vegetables.
  • Peel and thinly slice the potatoes and layer them on top of the meat sauce.
  • Put another layer of meat sauce on top of the potatoes.
  • Mix milk and cream together and pour it into the dish.
  • Slice the tomato and place it on top.
  • Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes. 10 minutes before taking the dish out, sprinkle a bit of cheese on top.
  • Serve and enjoy.
