Delicious and fluffy toast bread

Recipe for yogurt toast bread
Toast bread with yogurt. The recipe includes yogurt, which makes it more moist and soft than regular toast bread.

Ingredients
- 0.5 package Dry Yeast or 25 grams of yeast
- 12.5 gram Sugar
- 18 gram Coarse salt
- 42 gram Oil
- 200 gram A38 Yogurt
- 300 gram Water Lukewarm
- 25 gram Butter For greasing the bread tin
- 500 gram Wheat Flour
Instructions
- Dissolve yeast, sugar, and salt in lukewarm water.
- Add oil and A38.
- Knead the flour in gradually to ensure the dough doesn't become too dry.
- When the dough is smooth and elastic, set it to rise under a shower cap for 30 minutes.
- Grease the sandwich bread tin and lid with plenty of butter - this prevents the bread from sticking to the tin.
- Use the same method for rising and dividing the dough as in this recipe for regular toast bread.
