
Recipe for winter salad with cabbage, cranberries, and pomegranate
Here you have an utterly delightful winter salad!
Easy, quick, crispy, sweet, fresh, delicious, and packed with vitamins.
It consists of 3 types of cabbage, fresh carrots, dried cranberries, and crunchy pomegranate seeds – all tossed in a slightly sweet, creamy dressing.
It’s crispy, sweet, slightly tangy, and creamy all at once – pure bliss. It can easily be eaten as a meal on its own, but it also pairs fantastically with a good piece of meat or fish.

Winter Salad with Cabbage, Cranberries, and Pomegranate
Equipment
- Cutting Board
- Knife
- Bowl
- Potato Peeler Optional
Ingredients
- 150 gram Pointed Cabbage
- 75 gram Red Cabbage or purple pointed cabbage
- 50 gram Kale
- 2-3 pcs. Carrots
- 100 gram Cranberry dried
- 1/2 pcs. Pomegranate seeds
Dressing
- 100 gram Yogurt plain
- 47 gram Mayonnaise
- 7 gram Honey liquid
- Salt and pepper from the grinder
Instructions
- Finely slice the cabbage and red cabbage and chop the kale. Put all the cabbage in a bowl.
- Peel the carrots and cut them into thin sticks – add to the bowl along with cranberries and pomegranate seeds.
- Mix all the ingredients for the dressing and toss it in the bowl. Arrange and top with some pomegranate seeds – serve.
