Ingredients

  • 2 pcs. Broccoli in florets
  • 250 gram Cherry Tomatoes
  • 2 bags Buffalo Mozzarella crumbled
  • 2 tsp. Spice Mix Aglio, Olio e Peperoncino spice mix. can be substituted for Garlic, Paprika, Parsley, Chili, Basil, Oregano
  • 2 dl Cream
  • Flake Salt to taste
  • 1 dash Balsamic Vinegar with truffle

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius (428 degrees Fahrenheit) (fan).
  • Place the broccoli florets in an ovenproof dish.
  • Sprinkle spice mix and flaky salt over the broccoli.
  • Spread the cherry tomatoes on top of the broccoli.
  • Pour the cream over the vegetables.
  • Crumble the fresh mozzarella over the dish.
  • Drizzle with creamy balsamic with truffle.
  • Place the dish in the preheated oven for 12 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
  • Serve the dish warm, and enjoy the wonderful combination of flavors and textures.
