Warm Broccoli Salad
Ingredients
- 2 pcs. Broccoli in florets
- 250 gram Cherry Tomatoes
- 2 bags Buffalo Mozzarella crumbled
- 2 tsp. Spice Mix Aglio, Olio e Peperoncino spice mix. can be substituted for Garlic, Paprika, Parsley, Chili, Basil, Oregano
- 2 dl Cream
- Flake Salt to taste
- 1 dash Balsamic Vinegar with truffle
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius (428 degrees Fahrenheit) (fan).
- Place the broccoli florets in an ovenproof dish.
- Sprinkle spice mix and flaky salt over the broccoli.
- Spread the cherry tomatoes on top of the broccoli.
- Pour the cream over the vegetables.
- Crumble the fresh mozzarella over the dish.
- Drizzle with creamy balsamic with truffle.
- Place the dish in the preheated oven for 12 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
