Recipe for vegetable soup with horseradish cream
A deliciously creamy soup for the cold season. This dish is made vegetarian (minus the bacon sprinkle) with vegetable broth among other ingredients. This can easily be switched to chicken broth for a more rounded flavor. This soup is truly delicious and highly recommended. I finished it off with bacon, chopped parsley, and a horseradish cream. This cream really gives a great twist to the soft, rounded flavor of the soup.
