Recipe for tzatziki

- Sieve

Ingredients
- 1 pcs. Cucumber
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 450 gram Greek Yoghurt 0.1
- 27 gram Olive Oil or organic rapeseed oil
- 0.5 pcs. Lemon just the juice
- Salt and Pepper freshly ground
- 8 gram Onion Powder
Instructions
- Rinse the cucumber and coarsely grate it.
- Press the liquid from the grated cucumber through a sieve.
- Mix yogurt, pressed garlic, and stir it together with grated cucumber, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and onion powder in a bowl and place it in the fridge until ready to serve.
