This one is mixed with peas, but it could also have been corn, bell pepper, or red onion. There are many possibilities for variation, just choose what you’re in the mood for.

Tuna salad with peas and herbs
- 1 can Tuna in water
- 7.25 gram Mayonnaise
- 22.5 gram Ymer - Danish Soured Milk Product or skyr/crème fraîche
- 5 gram Lemon Juice
- Salt and Pepper
- Peas 1 handful, freshly shelled
- Herbs 1 handful, chopped, e.g., chives and parsley
