Ingredients
- 1 can Tuna in oil
- 30 gram Sour Cream preferably the one with 18%
- Salt
- Pepper
- Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Drain the tuna of oil and place the tuna and sour cream in a bowl. Mix well to ensure there are no large chunks of tuna. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice to taste. Your mousse is now ready and can be enjoyed on a piece of fresh toast bread or in a salad. The tuna mousse can keep for 2 to 3 days in the refrigerator in a container with a lid.
