Recipe for tortilla wraps
A delicious, easy, and quick recipe for tortilla wraps.
And they taste much better than the thin cardboard discs you buy at the store.

Ingredients
- 400 gram Wheat Flour
- 210 gram Water can be up to 230 ml
- 12 gram Salt
- 10 gram Baking Soda
- 54 gram Olive Oil
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a mixer.
- If the dough is very soft at the start, add a little more flour (preferably done at the beginning).
- Mix the dough until it is smooth and firm.
- Sprinkle flour on the table and divide the dough into about 8 pieces.
- Roll the dough into small balls.
- Let them sit for 15 minutes or refrigerate until you're ready to use them.
- Now roll out the balls with a rolling pin or baker's roller into small round pancakes (not too thick).
- When you have rolled out half of them, heat up the pan on maximum heat.
- By the time you finish rolling out the balls, your pan will be very hot.
- Place a pancake on a dry, hot pan (do not use fat or other substances).
- Bake the tortilla about 1 minute on each side. Lift and check. If it starts to get black spots, it's time to turn it over.
- When it is baked on both sides, place it between aluminum foil, and possibly a dish towel around it. This way they won't get cold and dry.
- Voila, you have now made your own tortilla wraps. They may not be cheaper than the ones you buy, but they are 100 times better.
- You can add spinach yourself or replace some of the flour with coarser or other types of flour if you wish.
Notes
In my free time, I write about things like Traeger grills on my own blog, which is also fantastic for baking.
