Recipe for tortilla wraps with scrambled eggs, chicken, and bell pepper
Going on an outing in the beautiful autumn…? Then you might need a few easy sandwiches for the trip… These tortilla wraps with scrambled eggs, chicken, and bell peppers are a great option! They are quick to make, healthy, filling, and easy to carry in a picnic basket…
The wraps are also perfect for lunchboxes, for both adults and children. My kids love having something different from rye bread, and these wraps are a really wonderful variation.
I’ve spread the wraps with chili/paprika cream cheese for a bit of edge and flavor, but you can also use plain cream cheese, herb cream cheese, or maybe just a good dressing as a spread. Do it however you prefer! The scrambled eggs with chicken, bell peppers, and spices are ready in a few minutes and taste great in these wraps along with some greens.
