
Recipe for tomato salad with burrata
Burrata & fresh tomato salad – I love food that not only tastes great but is also beautiful to look at.
This salad takes 15 minutes to make, and you have ALL the good stuff on one plate:
Burrata cheese, on a crunchy base of arugula and spinach, and crispy flavorful tomatoes with homemade green pesto.
A beautiful and simple salad that can be eaten on its own or as a delicious side dish.

Tomato Salad with Burrata
Equipment
- Knife
- Cutting Board
Ingredients
- 1 handful Spinach
- 1 handful Arugula
- 1 package Tomato small
- 1 pcs. Burrata
- 32 gram Pesto
- Oil a little
- Lemon Juice a little
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Chop spinach and arugula and arrange on a plate.
- Rinse and cut the tomatoes in half and arrange on top of the greens.
- Drain the cheese and place it on the plate.
- Top with a little pesto, oil, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Enjoy.
