Ingredients
Thai cucumber salad
- 2 pcs. Cucumber thinly sliced
- 0.5 pcs. Red Onion halved into thin slices
- 2 handfuls Peanuts chopped into small pieces
- 1 handful Cilantro fresh, chopped
- 1 pcs. Chili cut into fine strips
Asian dressing
- 27.2 gram Sesame Oil
- 45 gram Lime Juice
- 36 gram Fish Sauce
- 1 clove Garlic crushed
- 3 gram Salt
- 6.3 gram Cane Sugar
Instructions
Asian Cucumber Salad
- Mix all the freshly cut vegetables and herbs together in a large bowl.
- Fold in the peanuts at the end.
Asian Dressing
- Mix all the ingredients for the dressing together, taste, and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Gently toss the dressing with your salad and serve with delicious sides or as a main dish.
