Recipe for tenderloin stew with sun-dried tomatoes and red bell pepper in tomato cream sauce
Oh, autumn – and soon winter just around the corner. The gray, slightly chilly days invite cozy meals in the form of stews, soups, etc. In this recipe, you get a beloved classic; pork tenderloin stew with tomato/paprika cream sauce and bacon on top, but with a little extra added in the form of sun-dried tomatoes and bell peppers – both of which I think just add even more flavor and deliciousness to the dish.
The sauce is made with tomatoes and cream and seasoned with paprika.. on top crispy bacon, which adds the finishing touch.
Serve the pork tenderloin stew with rice or mashed potatoes and you have a really easy and lovely dish for a gray day.
