Recipe for tagliolini with zucchini and avocado cream

Tagliolini with zucchini and avocado cream is the dish you can always turn to when pressed for time during the week. At the same time, it is a dish most guests will savor with a good glass of wine. Even though it is simple and made with few ingredients, the flavors and delightful textures are spot on.

Ingredients
- 400 gram Tagliolini
- 2 pcs. Squash
- 1 pcs. Shallots
- 3 pcs. Avocado
- 100 gram Sour Cream
- 2 cloves Garlic
- Lemon Juice For seasoning
- Salt and Pepper For seasoning
- Butter For frying
Instructions
- Mix avocado, crushed garlic, and crème fraîche in a bowl until the consistency is creamy. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Set aside.
- Finely chop the onion.
- Wash the zucchini and slice/grate them as desired.
- Heat butter in a sauté pan and sauté the onion in it. Add the zucchini and let it fry.
- Meanwhile, cook your tagliolini as instructed on the package.
- When it is al dente, drain the pasta and add it to the pan.
- Toss everything with the avocado cream and serve.
