In the picture, I’ve made a spinach waffle with hummus, spiced chicken breast (pulled), lamb’s lettuce, pickled onions, and spring onions.
I can also highly recommend smoked salmon, pesto, and roasted almonds.

Ingredients
- 200 gram Fresh spinach
- 3 Egg
- 106 gram Wheat Flour
- 103 gram Milk
- 6 gram Salt
- 5 gram Baking Soda
- Butter for frying
Instructions
- Turn on the waffle iron.
- Rinse the spinach and blend it with eggs, flour, milk, salt, and baking powder into a completely smooth and green batter.
- Brush the waffle iron with butter or oil and cook the waffles until they are nicely light brown and crispy.
