Ingredients
Pie Dough
- 14 gram Linseed crushed
- 75 gram Whole Wheat Flour
- 100 gram Wheat Flour
- 100 gram Butter
- 45 gram Water
- 6 gram Salt
- Pepper freshly ground
Pie Filling
- 2 pcs. Cod Fillet chopped coarsely
- 4 pcs. Egg
- 200 gram Milk
- Nutmeg 1 sprinkle, freshly grated
- 150 gram Spinach frozen
Instructions
Quiche Dough
- Mix all the dry ingredients and crumble butter into the dry mixture.
- If needed, add 1-3 tbsp. of water to bring the dough together.
- Grease a quiche pan and press the dough evenly into the pan.
- Bake the quiche dough in a preheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius (347 degrees Fahrenheit) for 10 minutes.
- Thaw the spinach in a pot over low heat, bring to a quick boil, and season with nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
- Mix eggs and milk and pour it over the quiche base. Then distribute the spinach and cod evenly.
- Place the quiche in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the egg mixture is set.
