Recipe for spinach pancakes with filling
Spinach pancakes are both a delicious and healthy dish that you can enjoy for lunch, dinner, or as an afternoon snack.
You can fill the pancakes with any ingredients you like – whether it’s fish, as in this version, or if you prefer, for example, chicken, ham, or a vegetarian option.
The spinach pancakes are also a great alternative for a packed lunch if it needs a little new content.

Ingredients
- 5 pcs. Egg
- 309 gram Milk
- 159 gram Wheat Flour
- Salt
- Fresh spinach A couple of handfuls
Cottage Cheese Cream
- 220 gram Cottage Cheese
- Lemon Juice From 1/2 lemon
- 16 gram Pesto
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
Spinach Pancakes
- Blend all the ingredients with an immersion blender until smooth.
- Add flour or milk if you want to adjust the consistency.
- Place the batter in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Fry the pancakes in a little butter.
- Fill the pancakes with your favorite filling.
- I've chosen; salmon, avocado, tomato, cucumber, peas, cream cheese, and cottage cheese cream.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Adjust the taste with more or less salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
