Recipe for spicy chicken meatballs with pesto and bell pepper
I tried a new recipe for chicken meatballs aiming for a rich flavor, with plenty of seasoning and juiciness. These meatballs ended up with red pesto, paprika, a bit of chili, thyme, and bell pepper, and I think they turned out pretty well! They are both tender, juicy, and packed with flavor – just the way I like it.
We had them with a good salad and later on rye bread as a late-night snack – a meatball sandwich really can hit the spot.
If you’re also into flavorful meatballs, these are worth a try.
