These little delicious bites taste absolutely wonderful! They consist of marzipan, crunchy dark chocolate, and a velvety nougat/Baileys cream. The cream is, as the name suggests, made with nougat, Baileys, and just a little squeeze of coffee to highlight the other flavors. Yummy, it’s a winner!
The small slices are both easy and quick to make, and a perfect match for a good cup of coffee.

Ingredients
- 125 gram Raw marzipan
- 50 gram Dark chocolate
Nougat/bailey cream
- 1 gram Instant coffee
- 15 gram Boiling water
- 50 gram Butter soft and room temperature
- 40 gram Nougat soft
- 60 gram Powdered Sugar
- 30 gram Bailey'S
Instructions
- Roll the marzipan into a sausage with a diameter of approximately 2 cm. Cut slices from the sausage, 5-6 mm thick. Chop the chocolate and melt it over a water bath or in the microwave. If using a microwave, heat the chocolate for 30 seconds at a time until you can start stirring it - then take it out and stir while the remaining chocolate melts completely.Dip one side of the marzipan slices into the chocolate and place them on a piece of baking paper.While the chocolate hardens, make the cream: put coffee and water in a bowl and stir until the coffee is dissolved. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and whisk together with a hand mixer until you have a smooth, even cream.Put the cream in a piping bag with a star nozzle and place small dots on the marzipan slices.Optionally, garnish with finely chopped chocolate and voila - done!Can be served immediately or stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
