Recipe for sliders with beef patties, pea purée, and fried eggs
Sliders; that could be a great suggestion for the perfect weekend menu!
These small, bite-sized burgers are made with pea purée, minced beef patty, bacon, pickled onions, and a fried egg – what a combo! I haven’t tried a fried egg in a burger before, but it’s really good! The colorful pea purée adds freshness and the pickled onions a bit of sweetness – overall, just a great mix.
It’s both easy and quick to get this on the menu and quite cozy with a build-your-own burger.
