Recipe for seaweed salt

Many have tried to make their own seasoned salt, but probably few have attempted to make homemade seaweed salt.

However, it is worth trying, as seaweed is an ingredient that can be used for much more than just the dried sheets used for sushi. Seaweed is rich in vitamins and minerals, and its salty umami flavor pairs well with many dishes.

We have attempted a recipe for seaweed salt here, which is excellent for dishes with, for example, fish and shellfish. However, seaweed salt will also be good in many other dishes, so experiment – the only limit is your imagination!
