Savory Waffles
This recipe is for healthy and delicious savory waffles. They are both gluten-free and a healthy alternative to savory pancakes. They can be used for brunch, lunch, or dinner, preferably alongside avocado & egg or smoked cheese/cream cheese & salmon.
Ingredients
- 4 Egg
- 50 gram Sesame Seeds
- 20 gram Linseed
- 80 gram Sunflower Seeds
- 60 gram Pumpkin Seeds
Instructions
- Put all the dry ingredients in a blender and blend it into a flour.
- Stir the eggs into the flour to form a batter.
- If you have time, let the batter rest for 5-10 minutes before cooking it in a Belgian waffle iron.
- (Use a little fat if your waffle iron is not non-stick).
- Let them cool before serving.
- Bake them for 4-5 minutes if you’re using a heart-shaped form and 5-6 minutes if you’re using a square form.
