Recipe for food waffles

Healthy waffles made from whole grain flour and seeds. They are a great alternative to rye bread or white bread for your lunch.

Ingredients

  • 100 gram Cornmeal
  • 50 gram Rye Flour
  • 20 gram Sunflower Seeds
  • 20 gram Sesame Seeds
  • 20 gram Linseed
  • 3 gram Coarse salt
  • 30 gram Oil Neutral oil, sunflower oil, canola oil
  • 4 Egg

Instructions

  • Heat up the waffle iron.
  • Mix all the ingredients together and let the batter rest while the waffle iron becomes very hot.

  • Distribute the batter on the waffle iron and bake the waffles for 5-7 minutes, until the waffles are fully cooked and crispy on the outside.
