Recipe for food waffles
Healthy waffles made from whole grain flour and seeds. They are a great alternative to rye bread or white bread for your lunch.

Ingredients
- 100 gram Cornmeal
- 50 gram Rye Flour
- 20 gram Sunflower Seeds
- 20 gram Sesame Seeds
- 20 gram Linseed
- 3 gram Coarse salt
- 30 gram Oil Neutral oil, sunflower oil, canola oil
- 4 Egg
Instructions
- Heat up the waffle iron.
- Mix all the ingredients together and let the batter rest while the waffle iron becomes very hot.
- Distribute the batter on the waffle iron and bake the waffles for 5-7 minutes, until the waffles are fully cooked and crispy on the outside.
- Let the waffles cool on a wire rack.
- I used a Belgian waffle iron for my waffles.
- They are perfect for a healthy and delicious lunch or breakfast.
