Recipe for salted almonds

I made tapas for my daughter’s birthday. In my family, we have always been big fans of cheese/deli platters, and tapas is just an easy way to prepare food for many people.

Along with green pesto, pickled garlic, and the various sausages/hams, I think salted almonds go perfectly with such a menu!

Salted almonds are also great just for snacking, and luckily they are good both cold and warm, so you can easily make a large batch.

Here is my recipe for crunchy and crispy salted almonds!
