Recipe for rocky roads chocolate bark
Small, delicious Rocky Roads chocolate clusters filled with lots of goodies. The recipe is super simple, and you can easily get help from your children to make it.
Instead of Dronninge almonds, you can easily use raisins, biscuits, or any of your favorite candies.
Ingredients
- 150 gram Milk Chocolate
- 150 gram Dark chocolate
- 100 gram Dronninge mandler - danish almonds candy
- 100 gram Marzipan
- 50 gram Marshmallows Small
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate over a double boiler.
- Cut the marzipan into small cubes.
- Fold the marzipan cubes, sugared almonds, and marshmallows into the melted chocolate.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into a square mold lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Cut into bite-sized pieces/break apart.
