Recipe for rhubarb drink with vodka
You can never have too many pink drinks!
And although rhubarb is often associated with baked goods and delightful cakes and desserts, it also certainly has its place in juices, drinks, and cocktails.
This is a refreshing rhubarb drink with rhubarb syrup (which you can make yourself) and vodka, and it is perfect for cooling down in the summer heat after a long day in the garden, or for serving to your thirsty guests.
Here, I just served it in glasses, but it can also be made in a whole punch bowl for larger gatherings. It looks incredibly festive and is also very summery.
Rhubarb is one of those plants that not only have one but two seasons annually: The first is from May to June, and the second is from August to September.
– which means the second rhubarb season is actually just around the corner, but until then I’ll “settle” for rhubarb syrup in my drink 😉
