So, you get a super healthy and super delicious porridge that gives you the very best start to your day. If you top it with more raspberries, some banana, and chopped dark chocolate, it almost tastes sinful, but without actually being so.

Recipe for raspberry oatmeal with chia seeds and ginger

This power porridge is packed with all good stuff and tastes wonderful! Chia seeds have an extremely high fiber content, which keeps you full for a long time and is also good for digestion. Ginger is one of the most anti-inflammatory ingredients out there, fighting inflammation and muscle soreness, and boosting blood pressure and the immune system. Raspberries have immune-boosting properties and also combat wrinkles – that’s definitely a bonus!

So, you get a super healthy and super delicious porridge that gives you the very best start to the day. If you top it with more raspberries, a bit of banana, and chopped dark chocolate, it almost tastes indulgent, but without actually being so.

The porridge takes just 5 minutes to whip up and is wonderful for both body and taste buds.

Raspberries are in season in the summer, but freeze them and take advantage of their good properties all year round. Frozen raspberries work perfectly as a topping on porridge, skyr, yoghurt, and similar.
