This combination of sweet, fresh, crunchy, and tart keeps you full for a long time and brings joy to your stomach.
Chia pudding is both healthy and easy to make, and it can be prepared the day before – then you just have to add all your favorite toppings the next morning.
If you want to make your own granola, I have a couple of suggestions below. Otherwise, a store-bought granola works just as well!

Raspberry chia pudding with skyr, granola, and berries
Ingredients
Chia pudding
- 36 gram Chia Seeds
- 200 gram Milk
- 4 gram Vanilla Sugar
- 125 gram Frozen Raspberries
- 21 gram Honey liquid
- 100 gram Plain yogurt with vanilla
In addition
- 100 gram Granola
- 200 gram Plain yogurt with vanilla
- 1 handful Berry fresh
Instructions
- Stir chia seeds, milk, and vanilla sugar together. Let it soak for at least 30 minutes, or overnight in the fridge.
- After the soaking time, blend the chia pudding with frozen raspberries, skyr, and honey.
- Serve in a glass or bowl and top with skyr, granola, and berries
