Recipe for quick salmon salad
Here you get a wonderful and simple salmon salad, which is ideal for the Easter table, but could also be delightful for a luxury brunch, an extra delicious lunch, or a light dinner.
It tastes great on a piece of toasted rye bread, on a crisp cracker, or on top of a few lettuce leaves.
The salmon salad is mixed together in 5 minutes and consists, in addition to salmon, of some red onion, a handful of dill, and cucumber which adds freshness. All mixed into a creamy dressing and seasoned with salt, pepper, and lemon.
Today I am serving it as a spread on sea salt crackers, which complement the fish very well – nicely supplemented by the salty taste from the bread.
A light and delicious dinner, lunch, or whatever you prefer…
