Recipe for pork chops in a roasting dish
Delicious chops in a clay pot with bacon, mushrooms, onions, carrots, and cream. Served with a good portion of rice.

Ingredients
- 6 pcs. Pork Chops
- unknown Barbecue sauce Used for marinade for pork chops
- 1 package Mushroom In thick slices
- 2 pcs. Onion In wedges
- 2 cloves Garlic Chopped
- 200 gram Bacon Bacon in cubes or chopped
- 7 gram Paprika Mild paprika
- 1 can Chopped Tomatoes
- 0.5 l Cream 0.09
- 7.5 gram Vinegar Red wine vinegar
- 1 pcs. Stock Cube Pork
- Spices Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Start by chopping your carrots, mushrooms, garlic into slices, and your onions into wedges.
- Now chop your bacon and throw it in a hot pan until it is crispy and delicious.
- Find your barbecue sauce and marinate the pork chops. Let them marinate while you continue with the recipe.
- Add your onions, mushrooms, and garlic to the cooked bacon.
- Season with a little mild paprika and stir.
- When the onions are slightly browned, first add the chopped tomatoes, then the cream.
- Let the pan simmer for a bit.
- Next, take your marinated pork chops and put them in another pan.
- Fry them for a few minutes on each side until they have a nice brown crust.
- Then add your pork chops and carrots to your roasting dish.
- Now add your cream sauce on top of the pork chops.
- Put the lid on and place the roasting dish in the oven for 3 hours at 140 degrees Celsius (284 degrees Fahrenheit).
