
Recipe for easy homemade pizza dough
Pizza dough that takes care of itself.
Some pizza doughs require a lot of work and time, but not this one, as the rising time depends on how much time you have.
I usually let it rise for at least two hours, but less can also suffice.
However, there’s no harm if the dough stands for most of a day.
So, if you want delicious thin pizzas on a weekday but don’t have the time to make the dough when you get home, this is the recipe for you:
Make the dough before you go to work, and it will still be perfect when you get home and start making dinner.

Ingredients
- 300 gram Water lukewarm
- 0.5 package Dry Yeast or regular yeast
- 4.2 gram Sugar
- 6 gram Coarse salt
- 27.6 gram Oil
- 300 gram Tipo 00 Flour
Instructions
- Place water, oil, sugar, salt, and yeast into a mixing bowl and attach the dough hook.Mix the flour in a little at a time at high speed until the dough releases from the sides of the bowl.Turn the dough out onto a floured board and knead it into a tight ball.Grease the bowl with oil and return the dough.Cover the bowl with a shower cap and let the dough rise until needed.When ready to use, turn the dough out onto a floured board, divide it into 4 parts, and roll each out thinly.Add the desired toppings and bake the pizzas in a preheated oven at 275-300 degrees Celsius (527-572 degrees Fahrenheit) (fan) on a baking steel for 4 minutes each.Perfect pizzas every time.
