Recipe for panini bread
I am absolutely crazy about these delicious crispy paninis with filling and melted cheese – plenty of melted cheese, please.
I have baked these simple panini breads – crispy, delicious, and really easy.
You can use whatever you want for the filling.
I used Italian ham, mustard, cheese, tomato, and kale in this one.
If you don’t have a panini press, you can just throw them in the oven until they’re crispy and delicious.
I’ve put the recipe on your kitchen counter.
Just kidding, here it is:

Equipment
- Bowl
- Stand Mixer Optional
- Storage Container Optional
- Oven
Ingredients
- 250 gram Water lukewarm
- 25 gram Yeast
- 45 gram Oil
- 300 gram Tipo 00 Flour I used Meyers
- 100 gram Øland Wheat Flour
- 21 gram Honey acacia
- 12 gram Salt
Instructions
- Put water and yeast in a bowl and dissolve the yeast.
- Add the other ingredients and mix the dough well. If you have a mixer, use it at medium speed for 10 minutes.
- Let the dough rise covered for an hour. I put my dough in a plastic container with a lid (it can easily be made the day before).
- Form 8 flat elongated pieces of bread and let them rise again for 30 minutes in a warm place. Mine stood in the oven at 40 degrees Celsius (104 degrees Fahrenheit) (convection).
- You don't need to brush them before putting them in the oven
- Bake them in the oven - 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit) convection for 12 minutes until they turn golden.
- Then add your favorite filling, toast them and serve.
- The bread can be frozen.
- Bon appétit.
