Recipe for pancakes with nectarines

Delicious, buttered pancakes never get old, and they can be enjoyed at any time of the day!

Serve the sweet pancakes with fresh fruit, such as nectarines, and ice cream, such as a good vanilla ice cream.

If there are any leftovers, the pancakes can be easily saved for the next day and reheated in the oven.

Pancakes with Nectarines

Ingredients

  • 2 pcs. Egg
  • 300 gram Milk
  • 250 gram Wheat Flour
  • 12 gram Baking Soda
  • 8 gram Vanilla Sugar
  • 70 gram Sugar
  • 200 gram Butter melted
  • Butter for baking

Instructions

  • Put eggs and milk in a bowl. Whisk together with an electric mixer (or use a stand mixer). Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and vanilla sugar together in a bowl. Add the dry ingredients to the milk/egg mixture sifted through a sieve. Mix everything well together. Finally, add the melted butter to the batter. Heat a pan with butter and cook fine, thin pancakes. Serve the pancakes with diced fresh, ripe nectarines and a good vanilla ice cream.
