Recipe for pancakes with apple
A good and easy recipe for small pancakes with a delicious apple compote on the side.

Ingredients
- 52 gram Wheat Flour
- 103 gram Milk
- 1 pcs. Egg
- 5 gram Baking Soda
- 4 gram Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt fine salt
- Butter for frying
- 3 pcs. Apples preferably a type that easily cooks down
- 38 gram Sugar
- 4 gram Vanilla Sugar
Instructions
Pancakes:
- Whisk together flour, milk, and eggs into a batter.
- Add sugar, salt, and baking powder and mix the batter well.
- Heat a pan with butter.
- Cook small, thick pancakes on both sides in butter until they are golden and cooked through.
Apple Compote:
- Peel the apples, remove the cores, and cut them into cubes.
- Put the apples in a pot with a little water at the bottom and bring the pot to a boil.
- Cook them until tender under a lid - this takes about 15 minutes depending on the type of apple.
- Remove the apples from the heat when they are tender and slightly cooked down. Season with sugar and vanilla sugar.
- Serve the pancakes with the apple compote.
