Recipe for pan-fried pork chops with peaches
Delicious…delicious dish with juicy [organic] pork chops – sweet peaches – chorizo sausage and herbs ???
A dish we eat quite often in the summer season, when the peaches are sun-ripened?
And they really complement a simple pork chop seasoned with thyme and rosemary…it’s just absolutely yummy?

Equipment
- Cutting Board
- Chef'S Knife
- Frying Pan
Ingredients
- 4 pcs. Pork Chops organic
- 20 gram Butter for frying
- 3 pcs. Peaches wedges
- 1 pcs. Onion wedges
- Chorizo 10 cm sausage cut into slices
- 0.5 gram Rosemary dried
- Fresh thyme both chopped and for garnish
- 200 gram Water
- 30 gram stock concentrated
Instructions
- Brown the pork chops in butter.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Set them aside and sauté the peaches, sausage, and onions in the remaining butter.
- Add the herbs.
- Place the pork chops back in the pan and pour in water and stock.
- Let it simmer for 6-8 minutes.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Serve with new Danish potatoes or a really good pasta.
