Ingredients
Bottom
- 300 gram Biscuits Oreos
- 100 gram Butter
Cream
- 5 pcs. Gelatin Sheets
- 4 gram Vanilla Sugar
- 125 gram Powdered Sugar
- 200 gram Cream Cheese plain
- 250 gram Sour Cream
- 400 gram Cream
- 8 pcs. Biscuits crushed Oreo cookies
Garnish
- 200 gram Cream
- 8 pcs. Biscuits Oreo cookies
Instructions
Base
- Crush the cookies into crumbs, melt the butter and mix it together.
- Spread the base in a form with cake plastic (approx. 22-23 cm in diameter).
- Press the base down lightly and place it in the fridge.
Cream
- Soak gelatin in cold water.
- Whip the cream until lightly whipped.
- Whip the sour cream, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla sugar together in another bowl.
- Crush the Oreo cookies and mix them with the cheese mixture.
- Melt the gelatin in a small bowl with the water clinging to it.
- Add a spoonful of the cheese mixture to the gelatin and temper the gelatin. Add another spoonful and mix well.
- Add the gelatin to the cheese mixture and mix well and quickly (whip quickly with a hand whisk if necessary).
- Fold the lightly whipped cream in and spread the mixture over the base.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Decoration
- Whip cream into whipped cream and put it in a piping bag with a star nozzle.
- Take out the cake and decorate it with whipped cream and more Oreo cookies.
