Recipe for omelette
Fresh, delicious organic country eggs deserve to be the centerpiece, and an omelette is a perfect way to achieve that. This recipe is easy and quick, perfect for a tasty lunch or a simple dinner.

Ingredients
- 4 Egg
- 1 Red Onion
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 Scallion - Spring Onions
- 100 gram Milk
- 50 gram Pointed Cabbage
- 25 gram Butter For frying
- 6 gram Salt
- 2 gram Pepper
- 1 gram Cayenne Pepper
- 2.3 gram Smoked paprika
Instructions
- Slice onions, garlic, spring onions, and cabbage and sauté them lightly in butter in a pan. They should not take on color.
- If desired, brown a bit of bacon along with it.
- In a bowl, beat eggs, milk and spices to a uniform mixture, before pouring them into the pan with the onions and cabbage. Stir once in the pan so the egg mixture and onions are mixed.
- Let the omelette cook for 10-15 minutes over medium heat, loosening the edges from the pan's sides periodically.
- When the omelette is almost done, flip it and cook on the other side for about 5 minutes.
- Serve the omelette with rye bread.
